Lindsay Lohan is back in trouble track after making several no-shows at the Women’s Center Downtown, the 25-year old actress-model will be appearing in the court in front of Judge Stephanie Sautner on Wednesday.
This court session for Lindsay will be all about her earlier court ordered rulings on her On February 9, 2011, when Lohan was charged with the theft of a necklace reported stolen from a jewelry store in January. She was sentenced to 120 days in prison and 480 hours of community service for misdemeanor theft and probation violation.
It has been reported that the pop-singer did not turn up several times at the Women’s Center Downtown, after she was scheduled to complete her community service and because of which she’ll be questioned about her numerous no-shows at the Downtown Women’s Center.
Lohan was lucky last time, because she was ruled out to do time in Jail, but somehow served the sentence under house arrest, wearing a tracking ankle monitor, for 35 days between May 26 and June 29. However on this Wednesday if Lindsay is found guilty of violating her probation, then the actress will have to face a term of 18 months behind the bars. This time it’s going to be a hard one because Judge Stephanie Sautner had already warned the, Mean Girls star, that if she is found probation violation, then the punishment is going to be severe.
