Bret Michaels and Kristi Gibson are no longer together. ‘Every Rose Has Its Thorn’ Star Michaels’ publicist says the US rocker has ended his engagement to the mother of his two daughters Gibson. No reason was given for the break up.

According to the sources – The ‘Every Rose Has Its Thorn’ rocker ends relationship with his fiancee of almost two years as saying, No doubt this is a very difficult time for all of us, almost two years after getting engaged on the ending of his reality TV show “Bret Michaels: Life as I Know It”.

Although the couple has estranged they remain great friends and are devoted to jointly raising their two daughters. Bret made a statement on his site – With all that Kristi, Raine and Jorja are going through, no doubt this is a very hard time for all of us. He wants all of them to know that Kristi and he remain great pals and committed loving parents to his daughters.

The Poison rocker, (49-year-old) and Kristi, (41-year-old), have dated on-off for more than 16 years. The former couple has two daughters, Raine Elizabeth (12-year-old) and Jorja Bleu (7-year-old). He proposed to her a day after their anniversary celebration in the year 2010.

Meanwhile, Bret Michaels was the vocalist for the band Poison, and he also appeared in his own VH1 reality show, Rock of Love.
