Bill and Giuliana Rancic show off their newly-born son Edward Duke on the cover of Life & Style’s newest issue magazine, smiling and holding their little boy in her arms on their joy of becoming first-time parents.

According to the sources – “I had always heard that when you have a baby it completes your life — and it’s true,” Giuliana says. “I love my baby, and I love my new role.” She continues, “I’d never changed more than a diaper or two in my life. Now it’s like the littlest things that make me happy – happier than I’ve ever been.”

Rancic added: “It’s amazing how maternal instincts have taken over, and Giuliana’s just super-mom. It literally brought tears to my eyes the other day watching her with Duke.” About Edward, the new dad dishes, “Every day he’s changing — it’s just remarkable to see. He’s got Giuliana’s dimples.”

The duo names the baby, who was born via surrogate, Edward Duke Rancic. The E! News television host explains the story behind the name, “Edward is Bill’s late dad’s name and my dad’s name, and it was a way to honor them, And Duke means leader.”

Bill and Giuliana have been trying to conceive, since the starting of 2009. She got pregnant in 2010 but suffered a miscarriage – when she was nine weeks along. After finding out that, she had breast cancer, the couple had egg reclamation and found a surrogate.
