Jessica Simpson is ready to say goodbye to her Beverly Hills house, as the pregnant songstress seems to sale at nearly $8 Million as she no longer needs the luxurious pad after she moved into a new home.

The home she wants to let go is a 5,500-square-foot custom-built which has five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. It landscapes a walled and gated stone courtyard leading to a koi pond, and a clan room opening out to a park-like area and swimming pool.

With a second baby on the way and her nuptial to fiancé Eric Johnson soon to come, Simpson has decided to put her old house up in market that she bought after the break-up with Nick Lachey. She initially purchased the Beverly Hills’ home for $5.275m, more than $2m less than she is selling it for now.

The news of the sale was unveiled by the real estate website Redfin, which also noted that the house was owned by other celebrities as well. Ellen DeGeneres bought the place in 2001 and finally sold the house to Rick Yorn, a manager who’s worked for Leonardo DiCaprio and Cameron Diaz.

Jessica has moved with her fiance Eric Johnson (II) and their baby girl Maxwell into a house which formerly belonged to the Osbourne clan on the other side of the town in Hidden Hills, Calif. She is presently expecting her second child, a baby boy.

Dancing with the Stars Season 16: Kellie Pickler was declared the winner of this DWTS season and took home the “Mirror Ball trophy,” while Zendaya Coleman and Jacoby Jones finished in the second and third position respectively on Tuesday, May 21 for the final results show.

“Dancing with the Stars” season 16 turned the lights on the ballroom for one last time – Kellie Pickler and Derek Hough did an encore of their acclaimed freestyle routine, before Aly Raisman and Mark Ballas were eliminated. “This is has been the best experience of my life,” she said, looking disappointed. She added, “Good luck to you three. I love you guys so much.”

After more routines and performances by musical guests, the three remaining pairs danced one last time. Jacoby Jones danced a salsa, while Zendaya Coleman and Kellie Pickler danced a jive. All three of them got perfect score of 30 from the judges for their instant dances.

“American Idol” alum Jessica Sanchez took the stage to belt out “Feel This Moment” before the final result was revealed. Kellie was declared the winner and took home the Mirror Ball trophy, while Zendaya and Jacoby finished in the second and third place resp. – “Oh my gosh! This is amazing!” the country music singer told.

Since there was some trouble with the online voting, the host Tom Bergeron pointed out that only votes cast on Facebook, via texts and by phone were factored in to the final tally. Other stars delivering musical gigs that night were former “DWTS” contestant Wynonna Judd who sang “I Want to Know What Love Is”, PSY who sang his new viral hit “Gentleman”, and Pitbull with “Don’t Stop the Party”.

January Jones – The ‘Mad Men’ actress refuses to reveal the identity of her son Xander’s father. In a talk with New York Times, the 35-year-old actress, who was notably linked to the likes of Josh Groban, Ashton Kutcher and Jason Sudeikis, insists that the identity of her son’s father is “not the public’s business.”

According to the sources – “That’s my son’s business,” she tells and continues that it is important for her not to share her secret. She adds, “Jack Nicholson once told me: ‘You should never give your personal life away, otherwise people will pick you apart. They’ll never believe in your character. Women should have lots of secrets,” she opines. “It’s our right to have secrets. Otherwise, what would we write in our memoirs?”

Jones welcomed her son Xander in September 2011 year. Speculations suggested that Suidekis, who is now engaged to Olivia Wilde, could have been the father of Jones’ now-Twenty-month-old son. Other rumored likely fathers included actor Michael Fassbender and “X-Men: First Class” director Matthew Vaughn.

After giving birth to Xander, January made another headline by unveiling that she annoyed the placenta. Recently – January Jones goes for a stroll with her son Xander in Los Angeles.

CBS television has defeated Fox to win the 2012-13 broadcast season amongst the coveted adults 18-49 demographic. With only 2 nights left in the season, CBS admitted win on Tuesday given its insurmountable lead. The victory snaps Fox’s unprecedented eight-year winning streak.

Among total viewers, CBS has led the broadcast field for years, ranking No. 1 during 10 of the past 11 seasons. But this is the first time CBS has won in the 18-49 demo in 21 years. CBS would even win the season if you excluded the network’s high-flying Super Bowl coverage. The network claims nine of the top 15 scripted prime-time programs, including Big Bang Theory, NCIS and Person of Interest.

During a press breakfast for reporters last week, CBS Corp. CEO Les Moonves relished the current standings. Yet CBS only deserves partial credit for its ranking. The network maintained roughly the same ratings as last year — which is certainly no easy task in an era of increasing DVR use, streaming and competition from cable networks. But it was Fox declining 22 % due to softening American Idol popularity and other factors that gave CBS the trophy.

Fox hopes to surge back next season with its new schedule, including the promising J.J. Abrams-produced action-drama Almost Human, and the use of short-order limited series, including a rebooted 24. The Idol judge’s panel will be firmed-up over the next couple months, and last night Fox announced an experienced new judge’s panel for The X Factor show.

The X Factor Show: Louis Walsh has admitted that he and Gary Barlow will back on The X Factor this year, and has also tipped Sharon Osbourne to return.

Walsh revealed in a chat with RTE Ten that he has personally campaigned for Osbourne to rejoin The X Factor after a six-year absence, and hinted that Mel B, Nicole Scherzinger and Tulisa Contostavlos are also in the running.

“I’m back, I am definitely back,” he declared. “Me and Gary, we’re the bookends and I’m sure Sharon Osbourne’s back and I helped to get her back, because she’s great fun.”

He added of the fourth judging slot: “I hope it’s going to be Tulisa or Nicole. It might be Mel B, I don’t know! But I think it probably will be Nicole.”

It was reported earlier this month that Osbourne was close to signing an X Factor deal worth between £1.5 million and £1.8 million, with an insider claiming that she had “unfinished business” on the talent competition. “It was never about the money for Sharon,” an insider claimed. “She genuinely loves the programme and considers her previous time on the panel as being a very fulfilling time in her life.”

Scherzinger’s own future on The X Factor was called into question in March, when rumors emerged that she was more interested in returning to Hollywood than judging another year.

The former Pussycat Doll joined the series last year as a replacement for Kelly Rowland, who has been tipped as possible addition to the US version of The X Factor. ITV television will air the next series of The X Factor Show later in the season.
