“Safe House” has tops the North American (U.S.) box office climbs from last week’s second place spot. Daniel Radcliffe’s “The Woman in Black,” meanwhile, has held off competition from ‘The Muppets’ to top the UK box office.
The action movie, starring Ryan Reynolds and Denzel Washington, mounts from last week’s second position, beating out new releases This Means War and Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance.
