Scarlett Johansson may only have split from Oscar-winner Sean Penn last month, but the actress has been spotted getting cozy with ‘The Hangover’ star Justin Bartha.

Scarlett Johansson and Justin Bartha attended the opening of Broadway show ‘All New People’ written by Zach Braff and starring Bartha, Sacrlett Johansson, 26, split from husband Ryan Reynolds late last year, then had a five-month relationship with Sean Penn, which ended earlier this summer. Justin Bartha has recently ended his two-year relationship with Ashley Olsen.

Scarlett seemed to have found new beau in her life. After the premiere of ‘All New People’ at the cast dinner the pair looked completely engaged in each other. A witness said that there were around 15 people around the table but they sat next to each other and talked all the night. They both seemed to be very fascinated with each other.

A close source to the actress said that she and Bartha are just good friends, but the pair were reportedly spotted flirting up a storm at New York’s ‘Karaoke Boho’ at the late nights. Scarlett Johansson’s reps are yet to comment on her relationship to Bartha. The actress is currently shooting for her upcoming action sci-fi movie ‘The Avengers’.
