Britney Spears To Join ‘X Factor (US)’ Judge With $10 Million Deal

"Britney Spears in X Factor" Britney Spears has reportedly been offered a $10 million deal to join the panel for the second season of ‘X Factor’ USA as a judge, so Britney devotees must wait for the official statement before doing a happy dance.

Although Simon Cowell has remained quiet on the chances of the singer being a new judging panel on the talent show, the “Hold It Against Me” hitmaker is now reported to get $10 million offer to sign up for the show.

If she accepts, Britney would join the rising list of A-list musical performers – who have signed on to reality rivalry shows over the last couple of years that includes her former teen-pop competitor Christina Aguilera (The Voice Show).

According to the sources – The 30-year-old songstress’ fiancé Jason Trawick is currently negotiating the deal. Should the contract be reached, the pop singer might sign the deal as soon as next week.

Both Spears’ agents and the show’s camp have not released any statement on the issue. Simon has formerly told that the official line-up of the judges in season 2 will be unveiled in the next few weeks.

Britney Spears is only one of the big stars connected to the FOX reality TV show. Kelly Rowland and LeAnn Rimes have been told as possible new judges on the show’s sophomore season as well, but nothing has been confirmed so far.

Janet Jackson was named as a possible pick, but allegedly declined an offer due to her busy touring schedule. However, auditions for the next season The X Factor USA are currently underway.
