The world’s most powerful celebrity for the 2012 year, according to Forbes magazine – Jennifer Lopez, Oprah Winfrey, Justin Bieber is a rankings based on a combination of earnings, press coverage and Internet presence held on Wednesday.

Jennifer Lopez (42-year-old) has been leading position in the list of ‘The World’s Most Powerful Celebrity’ by Forbes. Television presenter Oprah Winfrey was second spot, followed by teen heartthrob Justin Bieber at third place and singer Rihanna at fourth position.

The 42-year-old singer, Lopez landed on top of the list due to grossing $52 million over the last twelve months and a huge amount of recognition from her music, ‘American Idol’ and her endorsements. On the other hand, ‘Marry The Night’ pop-star Lady GaGa, who was last year’s ‘Most Powerful Celebrity’, came in fifth place.
